While duration varies depending on the property and package, we estimate the following: Condo- up to 2,000 sf 1h 15m Single Family- up to 4,500 sf 2h 30m Luxury - up to 6,500 sf 3h 45m Estate- up to 10,000 sf 5h 45m

Life Happens. We get it! Appointments can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 in advance. After 24 hours, a fee of may be assesed. To adjust your appointment, Select Reschedule or Cancel at the bottom of your confirmaiton email, or give us a call at (312) 584-0184. Reschedule / Cancelation Fees:Less than 24 Hours Before Appointment: $25 Less than 3 Hours Before Appointment: $50 Less than 1 Hour Before Appointment: 50% of package price Weather:It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the weather and adjust appointments appropriately. The standard Reschedule / Cancelation fees and policy applies for weather related scheduling changes.

Payment is processed upon delivery of photos.

We strive to deliver every pacakge in 24 hours. If there is a hiccup along the way, it may take a little longer.

All images are delivered via email. You'll recieve a link to an orgnaized, easy to manage page that hosts all of your content.

Yes. All Matterport scans include 1 year of free hosting. If you need more time, please shoot us an email or give us a call before the scheduled expriation.
