A little bit of prep goes a long way.
Because all spaces will be photographed "as-is" at the appointment start time, we recommend you arrive early, and use the following tips to make sure your space looks its best!
Lighting

Remove fridge magnets and photos

Hide small appliances

Put away dishes

Hide personal items (toothbrushes, contacts, etc)

Remove soaps from counter, shower, and bath areas

Remove floor mats

Clean toilet area and lower seat

Hide dirty towels

Remove personal items and photos

Make beds and fluff pillows

Clear nightstands and dresser tops

Hide charger cable

Organize closets

Hide laundry
Living / Family Room

Fluff couch pillows and fold blankets

Declutter shelves and mantels

Remove toys, photos, and personal items
Additional Spaces

Organize laundry area and hide dirty clothes

Hide all jackets and shoes from entry ways

Hide pet bowls, beds, and toys

Remove pet hair from furniture
Exterior

Freshen and clean landscaping (lawn, bushes, leaves)

Hide yard tools and toys

Clean pool

Close garage doors

Remove cars from garage, driveway, and front of house

Remove realtor lawn signs

We do a lot of things, but we cannot help clean, move furniture, or hide personal items.
